Kangaroo Alley Dingo
7x44 Velvet Pouch of 25 - $95.99
Kangaroo Alley Cigars are new on the scene, but have wasted no time trying to get noticed. This is a truly unique cigar. Not just because of the velvet "pouch" packaging, but because of the flavor. Describing these is very difficult because of the the many dimensions. There is a definite spice that is further tweaked with a crisp, citrusy finish that even has a hint of ginger. The draw is easy and cigar gives off a powdery, dense white ash.
I smoked one of these for the first time for over 2 hours and couldn't put my finger on exactly what I was tasting. It was nice though.
Don't let the kangaroo name fool you. These are not the cigar version of Yellow Tail wine, nor is the tobacco from Australia. These bold, Honduran puros sport a toothy, thick Habano wrapper that drips with flavor.
Now if you keep up on cigar ratings, you may have noticed that Smoke Magazine recently rated these "Excellent" (9.1). Moreover, one panelist gave Kangaroo Alley a perfect "10" and said, "I would guard these cigars like a hungry meat-eating pit-bull. None for my friends, all for me! A perfect 10 may be a little high, but not by much. Wrapper: HonduranFiller: HonduranBinder: Honduran
